• Manage Key Account and develop relationships with Buyers
• Targeted account growth, item listings, product presentations
• Prepare and present regular business reviews
• Initiate and participate in Role Plays for all key initiatives
• Conduct monthly sales & operating planning meeting on budget vs customer commitments
• Manage initiated item development through customer commitments
• Manage all aspects of the key account functions including price changes, strategies with price committee, and promotional     plans
• Work cross functionally within the business including but not limited to: Sales Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and     Culinary
• Manage all aspects of the key account functions including price changes, strategies with price committee, and promotional     plans
• Maintain a strong focus, and work closely with marketing and cross functional teams, in the development of specific     products based on category/market trends/opportunities
• Provide forecasts internally to ensure customer POs are met
• Create & execute annual account plans and budgets in conjunction/approval of the Director, Sales

·       College or University diploma/degree in Business Administration

·       Minimum3-5 years of Key Account Management Experience

·       Analytical skills in identifying market opportunities

·       Strong negotiation skills

·       Strong communication skills – written and verbal

·       Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

·       Willingness to travel within Canada or USA
