Specific Accountabilities:
Live Core Values
Retail, Industrial and Co- Man annual pounds, contributions, and fixed sales budgets
Management of Direct Reports
Execution of internal or external training plans for direct reports
Staff PMP - OPP /Profile Reviews/Skills Assessment
Annual account plans reviewed and updated on a period basis for all channels
Timely management of contracts and contract renewals with customers (issuance and closing documentation)
Timely/documented pricing and contract management status in internal tracking system(s)
Proactive and documented private label liability account management (expectation is no Cardinal assumed liabilities)
Trade spending
Competitive information
Schedule and execution of daily and weekly team meetings
Ensure enterprise relationships high and wide beyond Sales & Marketing teams
Consultative Sales Process and selling model
Annual and regular pricing schedules and execution of pricing changes
Monthly sales forecast and budget gap analysis
Customer forecast input for Production (provide through Sales Operations)
Demonstrated Servant Leadership
Coverage for planned and unplanned absences which could compromise our policies, procedures, and programs
Continuous improvement in company policies and procedures

Ideal Qualifications:
Follow company policies and procedures
University or College level graduate
5+Years Senior Sales experience
Sales Management Experience
Strategic Account Management and Sales Training Experience
Communicates at the Executive level - written and verbal
Strong business acumen and results oriented.
