Problem: Earls had been experiencing challenges in preparing and cooking consistent back ribs (one of their core menu items) to maintain their brand standards across all of their stores in Canada.
Solution: In collaboration with Earls kitchen culinary team, we designed a product identical to their gold standard raw rib spec.
8 years and 2.5 million pounds later, Earls tell us today that they’d never go back to raw.
