THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Director of Retail Sales, this position is responsible to establish, retain and grow our co-manufacturing channel.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Live our Core Values
• Identify and develop new Co-Man accounts
• Growth and maintenance of Co-Man Channel sales
• Responsible for Co-Man annual volume and fixed budgets
• Sustainable achievement of the planned SBU targets and initiatives
• Development of account plans
• Execution of account plans
• Trade spending/cost management as applicable
• Provide quarterly competitive overviews with focus on new areas of development
• Develop and maintain high and wide customer relationships
• Develop and drive aligned sales strategy, pricing and product execution
• Monthly sales forecast and commentary relative to key activities and gap to established targets
• Provide regular updated customer forecast for Production Planning purposes
• Achieve sales budgets
• Coverage for planned and unplanned absences which could compromise our policies, procedures and programs
• Acts within the company philosophy
• Follow company policies and procedures

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
• University or College level graduate
• Strong understanding of the food industry with 5+ years of Senior Sales and Sales Management Experience
• Strategic Account Management and Sales Training Experience
• Previous Production and/or Product Development or R&D experience
• Project management accreditation and experience
• Willingness and ability to be present on the product floor
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate at the executive level
• Results driven, with strong interpersonal skills and business acumen

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this position is responsible to analyse Material requirements for 2 production facilities, along with the planning and expediting of all materials to ensure production schedules are achieved.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Live our Core Values
• Expediting materials to plants, based on schedules
• Manage retail carton orders (Production Plan with carton supplier)
• Input / Update BOM’s as required
• Carrier and Warehouse claim administration
• Logistics support, including arranging for trucking appointments
• Arrange trucking appointments
• SQF and HACCP Accountabilities
• Seek continuous improvement to our programs and procedures
• Accountable for ensuring there is coverage for planned and unplanned absences
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Act within the company philosophy

IDEAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years supply chain management experience
• 2 + years manufacturing experience in food industry
• Purchasing experience
• Quality systems experience
• Administrative experience
• High School or greater degree
• MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Continuous education and training programs
